- Supporting the development of new products.
- Improving the development of existing products.
- Provides technical support to the Field team.
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
- Analyzing and documenting the product development process.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Resolving customer issues and addressing product-related question queries promptly.
- Performing product demonstrations, for customers, staff, and other stakeholders. Scheduling training sessions.
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
- Developing standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Need technical background ( Critical ) – especially for Biochemistry analyzers/ Hematology analyzers/ Electrolyte Analyzer.
- B.E. Biomedical/Instrumentation/Electronics and Telecommunication
- Candidate must have prior experience in IVD field of minimum 8 years
- Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
- Strong customer service Skills.
- Analytical skills with problem solving attitude.
- 6 to 10 years of experience
- To be responsible for sales in his assigned product & area in the zone.
- Managing all sales team activities.
- To achieve his individual target & the targets of his team members.
- To motivate,support & coordinate with his team to achieve sales target.
- Helping to set sales goals and monitoring their progress making improvements or adjustments when needed.
- Forecasting sales goals and keeping tabs on the needs of the market.
- in Distributors & Institutional sales (Govt. Tenders).
- To ensure customer satisfaction through various services offered by the company.
- Delivering reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights.
- To comply with company’s system and processes.
- B.Sc. Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biomedical, M.Sc Chemistry/Biochemistry, B. Pharma/ M. Pharma.
- Candidates should be from In-Vitro Diagnostic industry.
- He must be a good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading a team.
- He must have good coaching skills.
- 4 – 8 years
- To be responsible for sales in his assigned product & area in the zone
- To achieve his individual target & the targets of his team members
- To motivate, support & coordinate with his team to achieve sales target
- in Distributors & Institutional Sales (Govt. Tenders) Preferred
- To ensure customer satisfaction through various services offered by the company
- To comply with company’s systems and process
- Monitoring Cash Flows
- B.Sc. Chemistry / Biochemistry / B. Pharma / M.Sc. Chemistry / Biochemistry.
- Candidate should have experience in In-vitro Diagnostic Industry.
- He should be good team player.
- He should have good coaching skills.
- 2 – 4 years
- To achieve the sales target for the assigned area.
- To promote the Diagnostics products for the assigned area.
- To generate leads & converting leads into sales.
- To ensure timely payment collection.
- To build effective rapport with customer/distributors.
- Pathological lab instruments servicing viz Blood cell counter,Bio chem analyzer etc.
- To meet customers in assigned Territories.
- Attending Equipment demos,
- Servicing of Instruments.
- Managing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) & timely follow-up for payments, ,Handling & maintaining Inventories of Spares.
- Timely Reporting to HQ.
- B.E. Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication.
- Experience in Diagnostics, Biomedical or IVD industry is a must.
- Candidate must have excellent technical knowledge.
- Candidate must build, manage & hold customer relationships at all levels.
- 2 – 4 years
- To achieve the sales target for the assigned area.
- To promote the Diagnostics products for the assigned area.
- To generate leads & converting leads into sales.
- To ensure timely payment collection.
- To build effective rapport with customer/distributors.
- To comply with company systems and processes.
- B.Sc. Chemistry / Biochemistry / B. Pharma / M.Sc. Chemistry / Biochemistry.
- Candidate must have experience in IVD/Biomedical or Medical Equipment
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- 4 – 8 years
- Looking after sales installation and customer support.
- Respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose and perform repair and preventative maintenance.
- Attending Equipment demos.
- Break Downs/Troubleshooting, to ensure proper condition and operation of the equipment.
- Service contract and spare business in the assigned territory.
- Timely Reporting to HQ ,Handling & maintaining Inventories of Spares.
- Pathological lab instruments servicing viz Blood cell counter,Bio chem analyzer etc.
- B.E. Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication.
- Candidate must have experience in IVD/Biomedical or Medical Equipment
- Candidate must have excellent analytical , interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
- Candidate should be able to look at every aspect of the service business qualitatively an undertake root cause eliminations/corrections.
- Build, manage & hold customer relationships at all levels.
- Candidate must have excellent technical knowledge.
